This is super quick and easy. My favorite application for this is as a condiment for white fish.
For this recipe you will need:
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. Victoria Taylor’s Ginger Citrus Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
In bowl combine all ingredients for Salsa; mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
